Matt Price | London Location Sound Mixer

After now working on over 500 projects in mainly the Film / Commercial and Branded content space over the past 10+ years, I wanted to make a space not only for me but for the up and coming sound mixers to have resources at hand.

Experience + Attitude Is Everything

The reason I love location sound is because its like a game. The objective is the same, capturing the performance or message. Everything else can change. Anyone can record sound in a soundproof room. I love the jobs that are as creative as the project itself.

Attitude is informed by this, after 550+ projects you don't only understand your role within other departments but also are able to preempt decisions and directions things can go. The main thing is having several solutions to every potential problem.

I look forward to chatting through your project and answering all your questions.

Branded Content

I remember when there was just corporate content with stagnant interviews and awkward autocues.

I actually love branded content as competition forces more creativity and diversity in messaging.

Also this platform sadly doesn't have a search function and im taking full use of the unlimited courses features. Instead you can follow this rough guide menu for courses or scroll down and see all of them you might like.
